About our classes

Kids

Ages 6–14. Fun, structured Muay Thai introducing kids to technique, fitness, and self-discipline.

Beginner

For those new to Muay Thai. Stance, footwork, basic strikes, and conditioning in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.

All Levels

Open to everyone — beginners welcome alongside experienced students. Warm-up, drills, padwork, and light sparring.

Fundamentals

Strengthen technique and defence. Recommended for those with at least one month of training experience.

Sparring

For experienced students wanting live timing, contact practice, clinching, and fight-prep work. 6+ months experience.

Boxing

Boxing-specific drilling, padwork, and light sparring. All levels welcome — build technique, speed, and endurance.
